You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from Contract” function provided on our website.

If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, including information on the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

No Right of Withdrawal for Leisure Services for Specific Dates or Periods

In accordance with Section 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts relating to services in connection with leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

This applies in particular to admission tickets, guided castle tours, events and other leisure activities at Hohenzollern Castle Sigmaringen that are booked for a specific date or period.

There is therefore no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for these contracts.

Any voluntary cancellation or rebooking options offered remain unaffected and are subject to the conditions specified for the respective booking.
